Since Lisanders (https://www.deviantart.com/lisanders) kindly gave me a month’s premium membership, I think I should put it into use : ) (Long, not-so-entertaining journal with heavy images) Christmas, mostly happen to be a second Valentine’s day in Taiwan, is obvious a family reunion thing here in the US. I’d really like to go back home and enjoy the holiday too, but I’m not rich enough to afford the $2000 flight tickets. Since everyone left for their home and I had nowhere to go but dorm, Pisaracosplay (https://www.deviantart.com/pisaracosplay) suggested that I can go to Chicago and stay with her family for a week. I think it's time to write my Youmacon 2010 plans although I don't have many XD Last year's Youmacon is my very first convention in the US. I decided to go there since it's the closest con from where I live. I went there alone with no idea what a US con looks like. (And realized it's way different than the con in Taiwan afterward) I went back on the same day cause I didn't book any hotel room and never expect to stay overnight at a con. XD But I'm so glad I decided to go because I met some really nice people and became friends. This year I will enjoy the whole three days at Youmacon!
